Extremely disappointing service and rude staff
I submitted an Abstellerlaubnis in May 2017 that all my packages should be delivered in an Abstellraum in my building. This is accessible by code, which I mentioned in the initial document. Unfortunately this code has not been input in your system, therefore each time I get a package, it goes to a GLS shop instead of where I asked it to be delivered, causing me trouble. This means that your company does not fulfill its obligations towards me, although I pay for the service.
Today I sent again the Abstellerlaubnis via E-Mail and in spite of this, the package is yet again not delivered according to the instructions. I called the contact centre and the lady there was not able to offer any solution, just to keep repeating that the parcel cannot be delivered again and the code is not in the system. She could neither put the code in the system, so that the problem doesn’t repeat, nor connect me to a supervisor, nor offer a solution although this is clear mistake of your company. In the end she simply hung up on me, just like that!
I am deeply dissatisfied with the services!
