GLS Austria is incompentent and unprofessional and liers
It became regular behaviour that GLS delivery staff do not want to bring boxes to the designated address. Several times, last time on 24.9.2020. at 13:57 and 5.9.2020. at 11:01, I got an E-Mail how they did not find me at home while I was litteraly sitting at home. I am on the ground floor right next to the building entrance and I hear everybody entering my building. They simply do not want to bring anything larger than an envelope. What is point of online shopping if I have to go to a shop to pick up bought stuff? What makes it even worse is that they leave my shipments at the shop where I do not have proper parking. And I once paid a parking ticket. They should openly state that they will not deliver anything larger than a shoe box to the address, that those kind of shipments will be left at their shop.
