No delivery, no refund
Writing this in English to make sure also non-German speakers know what's up.

Like so many of you over at least the past two years, I ordered something from BestPrice, paid in advance, and then waited months for a delivery that never came. I eventually cancelled my order and was promised a refund. Since then, the owner (Hans Ulrich Möhl) has stated that the company is in liquidation / bankrupcy.
I even filed my case with the police, claiming fraud. I suggest you all do the same. A single complaint might not be enough, but if everyone who were tricked out of their money by Mr. Möhl file a case, we just might put this guy behind bars.
According to the current status on moneyhouse.ch, the company has in fact filed for bankrupcy:
